    In a large bowl, mix lemon juice, paprika, chili powder, garlic, ginger, and salt until evenly combined. Add the chicken; rub to coat thoroughly, then marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

    Preheat a grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grates.

    Place the chicken on the preheated grill; discard the marinade. Cook, turning occasionally, until the skins are slightly charred and the juices run clear, about 30 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of the chicken should register at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
