    In a large bowl, combine the honey, lime juice, and garlic. Season the tilapia with salt and pepper, place it in the bowl, and marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish.

    Arrange the squash and asparagus in the baking dish. Place the tilapia on top of the vegetables, season with poultry seasoning, and discard the remaining marinade.

    Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until the vegetables are tender and the fish flakes easily. Sprinkle with mozzarella, then bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is lightly browned.
