Huevos Endiablados

    Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water.

    Bring the water to a boil, remove from heat, and let the eggs sit in the hot water for 15 minutes.

    Take the eggs out of the hot water, cool them under cold running water, and peel them.

    Let them cool completely, about 20 minutes.

    Slice each egg in half lengthwise, remove the yolks, and place them in a bowl.

    Set the whites aside on a serving platter.

    Mash the yolks with the tuna, red onion, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic, smoked paprika, and salt until smooth and combined.

    Fill each egg white half with about a tablespoon of the filling.

    Garnish with smoked paprika.
