Pressure Cooker Mulled Apple Cider

    Use a vegetable peeler or knife to remove the orange peels. Slice the oranges.

    Put the orange peels and slices into a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as an Instant Pot). Add the apple cider, cinnamon stick, cloves, and allspice. Close and lock the lid. Choose high pressure per the manufacturer's directions; set the timer for 6 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for the pressure to build.

    Release the pressure using the natural-release method as directed by the manufacturer, 10 to 40 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid. Use a slotted spoon to remove and discard the spices and orange peel.

    Serve the mulled cider warm and garnish the mugs with orange slices.
