    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

    In a large bowl, mix together the Italian bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Set aside 1/3 cup of the breadcrumb mixture.

    Add the artichokes, green beans, and 1/2 cup olive oil to the bowl and gently fold until evenly combined. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with the reserved breadcrumb mixture. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil; cover with foil.

    Bake in the preheated oven until heated through, about 30 minutes. Uncover and continue baking until lightly golden and bubbling around the edges, 10 to 15 minutes more. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
