Cook, breaking up the beef, until browned and crumbly, about 5 minutes.

    Stir the coleslaw mix, soy sauce, and cider vinegar into the beef mixture. Cook, stirring, until the coleslaw is tender, about 4 minutes more. Sprinkle the rest of the green onions on top.
