Lemon Chicken Gnocchi

    Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Melt the butter with the olive oil in the skillet.

    Thinly slice the chicken breast at a 45-degree angle to make medallions. Stir the paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl; sprinkle the seasoning over the chicken medallions.

    Cook the medallions until lightly browned and no longer pink in the center, about 2 minutes per side; transfer to a plate and keep warm.

    For the lemon cream sauce, sauté the garlic in the same skillet without wiping it out. Add the gnocchi; bone broth, milk, and heavy cream, and simmer for about 7 minutes. Stir in half of the lemon juice and the Parmesan cheese.

    Taste the sauce, add the remaining lemon juice until the desired flavor is reached, and season with salt and pepper. Return the chicken medallions to the dish. Garnish with basil and serve immediately.
