    Combine the ground beef, soup, onion, bread crumbs, eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Divide the mixture evenly among the prepared muffin cups.

    Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven until the internal temperature reaches at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). If you like, take them out after 50 minutes, drizzle ketchup over the top of each muffin, and return them to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
