Mediterranean Flatbread

    Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

    Stir the olive oil and garlic together in a small bowl. Lightly brush a little of the garlic olive oil over the flatbreads.

    Add the tomatoes, olives, onion, and pepperoncini to a bowl; drizzle with the remaining garlic olive oil, and gently toss to combine.

    Evenly top the flatbreads with the tomato mixture, sprinkle with feta cheese, and set them on a baking sheet.

    Bake in the preheated oven until the flatbreads start to turn golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes.

    Sprinkle with chopped oregano and serve.
