Tex-Mex Shell Pasta

    Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until slightly firm; drain.

    While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the onions and bell pepper in the oil until lightly browned, about 10 minutes.

    Stir in the corn and heat through. Stir in the black beans, tomatoes, salsa, olives, seasoning mix, and salt and pepper, and cook until fully heated, about 5 minutes.

    Toss the sauce with the cooked pasta and serve.
