Layered Mexican-Style Pizza stacks crunchy corn tortillas with creamy refried beans and taco-seasoned beef, all blanketed in melted Cheddar.     Warm the refried beans.

    In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, then stir in the seasoning packet.

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

    Add a small amount of vegetable oil to a large skillet and heat it; place one corn tortilla in the skillet. After 15 seconds, flip the tortilla and fry for another 15 seconds. Repeat with the remaining tortillas, then drain them on paper towels once heated. After draining, place the tortillas on a cookie sheet.

    Spread a thin layer of beans on the tortillas, then add a layer of beef and cheese.

    Bake the tortillas in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Cut the tortillas into wedges, arrange them on plates or a serving platter, and garnish with the sour cream, tomatoes, green onions, chiles, avocado, and olives.
