Mini Cheeseburgers

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

    Combine ground beef, 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, egg, and garlic powder in a large bowl. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls, then gently press them onto the prepared baking sheet to make mini-burgers.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

    Spread the remaining ketchup on the burgers, and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

    Return the burgers to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 5 minutes.
