    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease 4 baking sheets.

    Beat the butter and sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth.

    Beat the first egg into the butter mixture until fully blended.

    Add the second egg with the vanilla extract and continue beating.

    While continuing to beat, add the vegetable oil, honey, oats, whole wheat flour, ground flax seed, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, flax seeds, baking soda, and ground cinnamon, in that order.

    Fold the raisins into the dough.

    Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to portion monster-sized cookies and drop them onto the prepared baking sheets.

    Bake in the preheated oven until the edges are just browning, about 20 minutes.
