    In an ovenproof skillet, combine the corned beef hash, onion, and bell pepper. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables start to soften and the hash starts to brown. Make 4 indentations in the hash for the eggs. Remove from the heat.

    Position the oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.

    Carefully crack an egg into each indentation and top with the chopped tomatoes.
