    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

    Put flour in a shallow plate or bowl and season it with salt and pepper to taste. Place bread crumbs in a separate shallow plate or bowl and beat the eggs in another bowl.

    Coat the chicken, one piece at a time, first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the bread crumbs, until all pieces are covered.

    Pour oil into a large baking dish; add the breaded chicken thighs and sprinkle paprika to taste over them.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, turn the pieces over, and bake for another 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and drain on paper towels.
