    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.

    Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper.

    Place the flour, Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a resealable plastic bag. Add the chicken strips and seal the bag. Shake until the chicken strips are evenly coated with the flour mixture.

    Whisk the eggs in a small bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.

    Dip each chicken strip into the egg to coat, then dredge in the bread crumb mixture to cover. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet.

    Bake in the preheated oven, turning once halfway through, until golden brown and no longer pink in the center, 35 to 40 minutes.
