    Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the penne and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes. Drain and set aside.

    Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Sauté the prosciutto, garlic, and red pepper flakes in the hot oil for 1 minute.
