Philly Cheese Steak Sliders

   Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak, onion, and bell pepper; cook and stir until the steak is browned and done to your preference and the onions are tender, 7 to 10 minutes.

   Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil.

   Slice the connected rolls in half crosswise so they look like 2 large bread slices. Set the bottom half into the prepared baking pan. Spread mayonnaise evenly over the top.

   Lay 4 slices of pepper Jack cheese over the mayonnaise. Add the steak mixture and the remaining cheese on top. Place the top half of the bread over it. Brush melted butter on top.

   Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and the bread is browned, about 20 minutes. Cut into individual portions.
