Cranberry Pineapple Gelatin Salad

    Drain the pineapple and save the syrup, then add water to make it total 1 cup.

    In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the pineapple juice to a boil, add the gelatin, and stir until dissolved.

    Remove from heat, add the cranberry sauce, orange peel, orange juice, and lemon juice, then blend together and cool until slightly thickened.
