    Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring it to a boil. Cook egg noodles in the boiling water until tender yet still slightly firm, 7 to 9 minutes. Drain and set aside.

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

    Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef, onion, bell pepper, and garlic in the hot skillet until the beef is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain the excess fat from the skillet. Stir in the cooked egg noodles, pizza sauce, pepperoni, and milk until evenly combined. Pour the mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish.
