Portuguese Soup
Portuguese Soup is a hearty, robust bowl featuring smoked sausage, tender cabbage, and creamy potatoes simmered with kidney beans in a tomato-consommé broth. A splash of vinegar adds brightness that balances the richness, making it warming and satisfying on chilly evenings or whenever you’re craving a deeply savory, family-style dinner.
