Breakfast 🍳Dessert 🍰Snack 🍿 American Vegetarian 🥦Plant-Based 🌻

Power Cookies pack a hearty, chewy bite with ground oats, warm cinnamon, and a mix of dates, raisins, coconut, and walnuts. Mashed cannellini beans add moisture and a tender texture while boosting protein and fiber, making these cookies feel nourishing as well as sweet. They’re great for snack time, lunch boxes, or a post-workout treat.
