Creamy Pumpkin Chickpea Hummus

    Warm olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cumin; cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

    Move the garlic mixture to a food processor or blender. Add the chickpeas, pumpkin, water, lemon juice, salt, cayenne, cinnamon, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
