    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Generously grease the bottom of a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.

    Combine the oil, bananas, vanilla, eggs, baking mix, sugar, and nuts in a large bowl. Beat vigorously with a spoon for about 30 seconds. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

    Bake until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 55 to 65 minutes. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Loosen the sides of the loaf from the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
