    In a shallow bowl, whisk together the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, and black pepper. In another bowl, stir together the butter, white wine, mustard, and garlic.

    Dip each chicken breast half into the melted butter mixture, then press it into the bread crumb mixture to coat evenly. Arrange the breaded chicken in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Pat any remaining bread crumb mixture onto the chicken breasts.

    Bake the chicken in the preheated oven until it is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 20 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should register at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
