Layered Ravioli Bake
  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray, then set it aside.

  2. 2

In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, spinach, 1 1/2 cups Romano cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper to taste.

  3. 3

To assemble the lasagna, spread 1/4 cup of spaghetti sauce over the bottom of the prepared baking dish, then arrange frozen ravioli on top in a single layer.

  4. 4

Spread about 1 cup of the ricotta mixture over the ravioli.

  5. 5

Repeat the layers 3 more times, finishing with a layer of frozen ravioli.

  6. 6

Spread 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce on top and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of Romano cheese over it. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.

  7. 7

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, until the casserole is bubbling.

  8. 8

Remove the aluminum foil and bake for another 10 minutes to brown the cheese on top.

  9. 9

Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
