Roasted Garlic Bread
  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. 2

Slice the tops off the garlic heads so the tips of each clove are exposed. Place the garlic heads, cut-sides up, on a baking sheet; drizzle the tops with olive oil.

  3. 3

Bake in the preheated oven until the garlic is soft, about 30 minutes.

  4. 4

    Set the oven to broil.

  5. 5

Slice the bread loaf in half horizontally; place it cut-side up on a baking sheet.

  6. 6

Squeeze the garlic cloves from their skins into a medium bowl. Stir in the butter, Parmesan cheese, and parsley until well blended. Spread the mixture onto the cut sides of the bread.

  7. 7

Broil the bread until toasted, about 5 minutes.
