Pear and Roquefort Green Leaf Salad

Appetizer 🧄Side Dish 🥗Lunch 🥪Salad 🥗 French 🇫🇷American Vegetarian 🥦

Pear and Roquefort Green Leaf Salad brings together juicy pears, creamy avocado, and tangy blue cheese over tender greens, finished with crisp candied pecans for contrast. A bright mustard–red wine vinaigrette ties everything together with a lightly sweet, peppery snap. Serve it as an elegant starter for dinner parties or a refreshing lunch centerpiece.
