Rosemary-Infused New York Strip Steak brings out deep, beefy richness brightened by aromatic rosemary and a hint of red wine. Rosemary-Infused New York Strip Steak
  1. 1

Mix red wine, salt, and rosemary in a small bowl, then let it sit at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours.

  2. 2

Heat a large cast iron skillet or griddle over high heat. Set the steaks on the hot surface and cook to your preferred doneness, about 8 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer in the centers should register about 135 degrees F (62 degrees C) for medium-rare.

  3. 3

Pour the red wine mixture into the skillet with the steaks and let it boil for 1 minute. Serve the steaks with the sauce on a deep platter.
