Cheddar and Salmon Quiche

    Heat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

    Put the evaporated milk, cubed Cheddar, eggs, onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, and sage into a blender and blend until smooth.

    Spread the salmon over the pie crust and sprinkle with 1/2 of the shredded Cheddar. Pour in the egg mixture, then add the remaining shredded Cheddar on top.

    Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
