Appetizer 🧄Lunch 🥪 French 🇫🇷 High-Protein 💪Low-CarbPescatarian 🐟

Salmon Terrine layers the delicate flavor of gently poached salmon with the smoky depth of cured salmon, brightened by Dijon, lemon, and fresh herbs. Whipped butter and mayonnaise make it luxuriously spreadable, ideal for slathering on toasted baguette or crisp crackers. Serve as an elegant make-ahead appetizer for parties or holiday gatherings.
