Shrimp Stuffed Mushrooms

    Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish.

    Remove the stems from the mushrooms. Finely chop the stems and set them aside. Arrange the caps cavity side up in the baking dish.

    In a medium bowl, combine the mushroom stems, cooked baby shrimp, crushed bacon flavored crackers, and cream cheese.

    Generously stuff the mushroom caps with the mushroom stem mixture. Sprinkle with sharp Cheddar cheese on top.
