    Assemble all the ingredients.

    Slice the chicken breasts into 1/4-inch thick pieces; then cut the slices into 1 1/2-inch lengths. Season with salt and pepper.

    In a large bowl, mix the flour, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add the chicken and toss until it is well coated.

    Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey, and stir to coat.

    Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sauté until golden brown and the juices run clear, 10 to 15 minutes.
