Ultimate Bacon Deviled Eggs

    Place the eggs in a saucepan, cover them with water, and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and let sit for 15 minutes.

    Take the eggs out of the hot water and cool them under cold running water. Peel the eggs. Cut each egg in half lengthwise. Put the yolks into a small bowl.

    Add 1/2 cup bacon, onion, dill pickle relish, mayonnaise, mustard, and bacon drippings to the egg yolks. Mash with a fork until combined but the yolks remain slightly chunky. Stir in the salt and pepper.

    Spoon the yolk mixture into each egg white. Sprinkle paprika over the eggs, then top with the remaining 1/4 cup bacon.
