    Arrange the chicken thighs, onions, carrots, raisins, and apricots in layers in a slow cooker.

    In a bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, tomato paste, lemon juice, flour, garlic salt, cumin, ginger, cinnamon, paprika, and black pepper; pour the mixture over the chicken and vegetables. Cover the slow cooker.

    Cook on High for 4 1/2 hours or on Low for 7 1/2 hours.

    Slightly shred the chicken using 2 forks.
