    Make slits on all sides of the roast; insert the garlic into the slits. Rub the spice mixture over the entire surface of the meat.

    Mount the roast on the preheated rotisserie and cook until an instant-read thermometer in the center registers at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C), 2 to 5 hours. Let it rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
