    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly coat a 1-quart baking dish with grease.

    In a bowl, combine artichoke hearts, spinach, and mayonnaise; stir in 2 cups Monterey Jack, then stir in Parmesan. Move the mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with the remaining 1/2 cup Monterey Jack.
