    Assemble all the ingredients.

    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

    In a large bowl, combine the spinach, mayonnaise, feta cheese, and garlic and mix until well blended. Set aside.

    Carefully butterfly the chicken breasts, taking care not to cut all the way through.

    Spread the spinach mixture over the chicken breasts.

    Fold the chicken breasts to enclose the filling. Wrap each one with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick, then place them in a shallow baking dish.

    Bake, covered, in the preheated oven until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 30 to 40 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of each breast should register at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
