Beef and Eggs Breakfast Hash

   Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat; add the steak and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should register 140 degrees F (60 degrees C) for medium. Transfer the steak to a plate and keep the drippings in the skillet.
