Stuffed Zucchini

    Gather all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

    Trim the stems from the zucchini and slice them lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds to form boats and place them in a large bowl. Add the sausage, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and garlic; mix to combine.

    Stuff the zucchini boats with the sausage mixture and arrange them in a 9x13-inch baking pan. Pour spaghetti sauce over the top and cover with aluminum foil.

    Bake in the preheated oven until the sausage is browned and cooked through, about 45 minutes. Remove the foil and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese; continue cooking until the cheese is melted, about 15 minutes more.
