    Cook the beef in a large skillet over medium heat until it is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the cream cheese, salt, and chili powder; mix and let simmer for 5 minutes.

    Meanwhile, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until slightly firm, 8 to 10 minutes; drain. Toss the cooked shells with butter.

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

    Fill the shells with the beef mixture and place them in a 9x13-inch baking dish; pour taco sauce over the shells. Cover with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
