    In a food processor, pulse 1 cup flour, butter, and 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar for 10 seconds, or cut together with a pastry blender until a dough forms. Press the dough evenly into a 9-inch round pie plate.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden.

    While the crust bakes, whisk together eggs, white sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and 3 tablespoons flour until smooth; pour the egg mixture over the hot crust.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes more, until firm. Let cool completely in the pie dish for about 1 to 2 hours. Dust with 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar and cut into 12 triangles.
