Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

In a large mixing bowl, stir the condensed soup and cream cheese together until fully blended. Stir in the chicken and thawed vegetables.

Line a 9-inch pie pan with one crust. Pour the chicken mixture into the crust. Place the remaining crust over the filling, press to seal the edges, cut several steam vents in the top, and cover the crust edges with aluminum foil to prevent overbrowning.
