    Heat enough oil to coat the bottom of a large skillet over medium-high heat. Dredge the pork chops in flour, add them to the pan, and brown well on both sides. Remove the chops and set them aside.

    Add the onion and bell pepper; cook and stir for 5 minutes, or until nearly tender. Return the pork chops to the skillet and pour in the tomato sauce. Let the sauce begin to bubble, then reduce the heat to low.
