    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.

    In a large bowl, whisk together Alfredo sauce, bone broth, milk, garlic, Italian seasoning, and pepper. Stir in pasta, tuna, and peas and carrots until evenly coated. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish; press the pasta down so it is as submerged as possible. Sprinkle with Parmesan and Cheddar cheese. Cover tightly with foil.
