    Preheat the grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate.

    In a large bowl, combine the turkey, onion, cilantro, egg, garlic, chile pepper, coriander, paprika, chili powder, and salt; mix thoroughly. Divide the mixture into twelve 1/4-cup portions; roll each into a log-shaped oval and place them on a baking sheet.

    Grill the ovals over indirect heat, turning occasionally, until they are no longer pink in the center, 25 to 30 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should register at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
