Caprese-Style Veggie Sliders on Hawaiian Rolls bring together tangy marinara, gooey mozzarella, and juicy tomato slices with bright basil on pillowy, slightly sweet rolls. A buttery garlic–Parmesan glaze bakes in for a toasty, aromatic finish. Serve these as a game-day appetizer, a casual lunch, or an easy weeknight main when you want comforting, cheesy flavors in bite-size form.

  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and grease a 9x13-inch pan.

  2. 2

Slice the rolls in half. Arrange the bottom halves in the prepared pan and spread them with marinara sauce. Lay a layer of mozzarella cheese over the marinara, then place a layer of tomatoes on top of the cheese. Sprinkle basil over the tomatoes and place the top halves of the rolls on.

  3. 3

In a bowl, mix melted butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and Italian seasoning; stir until combined. Brush this mixture over the tops of the sliders.

  4. 4

Bake in the preheated oven until the insides are gooey and the tops are golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes.
