  • 4 Whole garlic cloves, sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) lemon juice
  • 1 Pinch salt, to taste
  • 0.25 Teaspoons (tsp) black pepper, ground
  • 1 Whole onion, sliced
  • 1.5 Pounds (lb) asparagus, peeled

Steps

  1. Place the charcoal into the bottom pan of the smoker. Light the coals and wait for the temperature of the smoker to reach 240 degrees F (115 degrees C).
