- 1.25 Cups white sugar
- 8 Teaspoons (tsp) cornstarch
- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) quick-cooking tapioca
- 6 Tablespoons (tbsp) water

- 1 14.1 Ounces (oz) double-crust pie pastry, packaged

- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- In a bowl, mix together the raspberries, sugar, cornstarch, tapioca, and water. Set aside.
- Line the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate with one of the pie crusts.
- Spoon the raspberry mixture into the bottom crust. Place four 1-tablespoon pats of butter on top of the filling.
