  • 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) lemon zest, zested
  • 0.5 Cup (cup) walnuts, minced
  • 1 Recipe pastry for a 9-inch double crust pie

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. Wash the raisins thoroughly. Cook them in boiling water until they are tender.
  3. Mix the flour and sugar together, then add this mixture to the cooked raisins. Stir until the mixture thickens.
