- 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) all-purpose flour
- 0.5 Cup (cup) white sugar
- 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) lemon zest, zested
- 0.5 Cup (cup) walnuts, minced
- 1 Recipe pastry for a 9-inch double crust pie
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Wash the raisins thoroughly. Cook them in boiling water until they are tender.
- Mix the flour and sugar together, then add this mixture to the cooked raisins. Stir until the mixture thickens.
